I suppose thats less risky than sticking a needle into your eyeball to see if it hurts

I got stung on the ear lobe a couple of years back. That wasn't too good, it swelled and started splitting and weeping.

My colleagues found it highly amusing the following day in the office, me with my cauliflower ear
