hope Not he sells them really cheaply imo I'm sure is profit is minimal, when I got mine a friend did express awe at the price and reamarked the guy can not be making much

He's already offering it to forum members at a 'friends rate'. To be honest - with only a few hives you are probably better off with a serrated carving knife and a decent uncapping fork like this:

This is the one I use and it's the best I've come across.

I find the cranked version more versatile. A useful tool.
