In the last I cold spell I lost the plot and made a fake beekeeper scarecrow. I read somewhere that this would fool angry bees into stinging it and not me or they would get used to the sight of it and then ignore me.

It has been a complete and utter failure. It does not work as a decoy. (You knew it wouldn't.) It does make a lovely bee toilet.

Result- one beecrow relegated to the veggy garden where it actually looks quite cool.

WOW not often you get a load of beeks agreeing on something lol
 
I feel proud. I've managed to get agreement where no-one thought it was ever likely to happen. :D

I give in to popular opinion and will attempt a photo later today. You may have to help me through the process as I have all the technical skills of a slug. You may also be very disappointed by the beecrow.
