Im thinking of buying syrup in bulk. I usually make my own from sugar and water but Ive decided to pay a bit extra and cut out the hassle.

The smallest quantity I can get at an economic price is 600 litres which is a bit more than I think I need.

If there is any left after the Autumn feeding will the remainder keep for next spring/autumn if kept at room temperature or is there issues with HMF/ setting etc?

Why not buy it then sell off the rest to local associations with a bit of a mark up.

Where are you getting it from? Peter Guthrie? Inverted sugar normally can last a long time, for some reason I'm thinking you shouldn't have a problem but I'd be interested in some.
