swarm in roof void

Hi all as you will know i keep bees in liverpool, i am currently staying with family near bridgwater somerset, there is a good healthy colony in the roof space. the roof is in a holiday let which is part of the family farm. we have guests booked in all summer and the bees are right above the main entrance and getting in the windows etc..... any advise or any one interested in a cut out?
