Well, I think very few who have followed this thread will ever trade with this outfit again and it would be good to note the addy, etc in case the trading name changes......

This could easily have been avoided with a customer, who would have thought of the experience as an accidental unavoidable occurrence, if an immediate refund or promise of same in the very near future had occurred.

Getting EFB is not the stigma necessarily, but if treating customers was exactly how described by Stu H, then that on it's own is surely enough to avoid any recommendation for this particular vendor ever, in the future.

Further, if conditions in the apiary were less than one would expect from a supplier to, lets face it, a very wide area, would anyone on the forum really want bees from that source even brought close to their apiaries? I think not.

Perhaps we need sites, or threads like this, placed in a 'sticky'. That alone may make any possible future unscrupulous vendors aware of the consequences of anything less than honourable recompense in an unfortunate situation such as this.
