i will try and describe what i saw as i did not have phone to take a pic.
i saw a capped Q cell but the top was intact but there was a hole in the side no Q inside and old Q still in hive has anyone come across this before ,,,,,

p.s there was no other Q cells

With so few details, I would guess they are superceding and you may well have missed the cell from which the new queen emerged, this one being a second (or more) cell in which the queen was killed by the first one out.

Second guess would be as JBM.
