Soft Set Honey Mixing Bucket Size

Looking to do soft set honey, in batches of 3 x 30lbs buckets. But of course need a larger bucket for mixing the 3 x 30lbs together along with the seed honey.

Does anybody know what size of food grade bucket I need to buy in litres to do the mixing?

30 pounds of honey at a density around 1.4 Kg/litre is just under 10 litres. Multiply up for whatever batch you're thinking of.
