I need to move the queen into the flyer hive today can I hell find her....do I open up later and go through again and then again tomorrow... I've read about the Qe method can't remember how that works.... Or can I just combine both sides back and hope the urge to swam has gone

Shaking the bees through a QE isn't that nice. Empty brood, shake bees, QE on, brood box above, all bees go back to brood leaving queen below QE. Stay calm but focussed, you know what she looks like.
I did three sweeps of the brood combs last week before a Demarree, she made an appearance in the end.
