I carefully wrapped leftover fondant from at the end of the Spring feed in layers of clingfilm ... and it's gone rock hard. Is there any way of softening it up again for use? Overnight soak in water? Gentle microwaving? Or perhaps I can use it directly, though cutting it to fit into a mini-nuc feeder might require an angle-grinder ...

With thanks

i chop mine up and mix with some of my own honey. more you chop it the easier it is to mix.
it goes a bit to runny to use for queen caging and stuff like that but is fine otherwise.
a dough hook on my kenwood is the easiest way i found.
hope this helps.
