I stupidly carried some supers indoors today wearing a favourite shirt which now is stained with a nice brown line of propolis.
I've tried soaking it in a strong soda solution but it's not lifting.

Any ideas?..

A cupful of washing soda and a good dollop of biological washing powder together in the washing machine usually does it for me ...hotter the better - but that depends on what your shirt can cope with.

I've found that alcoholic hand wash gets it off my hands - it may work on your shirt too

You can buy bottles of propolis remover that are a really strong solution of potassium hydroxide, this stuff really shifts the propolis that washing soda doesn't remove, but you might want test it on a bit of the shirt first just in case it affects the colour of the shirt.
The propolis remover is found on the Th*rnes website.

Huggies baby wipes, they clean anything.... really.
