Hi all, can anyone identify this plant. Photo taken in the summer. I borrowed some seeds and luckily they are growing. I’d just like to know what it is.

My grandmother always carried a scissors and plastic bag in her handbag on trips to various stately homes over the years, so she could bring back cuttings from plants she fancied.
Someone once pointed out to her that technically that was stealing, she just indicated all around her and said 'how do you think they got this in the first place? technically I'm just collecting some back rent'
