OSR Honey Setting Time

I think it lacks a decent depth of taste but makes good blending honey.

what ratios do people use when using osr as a blending honey? so as to not pass on its setting qualities?

If you use OSR as seed the thinner honey will set, it may be softer as for the practice of creaming OSR honey for which you need around 10% as a seed, but you won’t stop OSR from crystallising completely.
