Disgraceful .... what is the world coming to ? Must be people who know about bees which rather suggests that it is a beekeeper .... which really saddens me as it does not fit the profile of ANY beekeeper that I've met.

Next to a cycle path and walkway which used to be a railway line.

I dont think theres any access restriction.

People take their dogs for a walk there, so nothing suspicious about a car parked at the end of the lane.
