Hi there,

Does anyone have any plans or measurements for the adapter to convert national to commercial frames as per Ted Hoopers drawing in Bees and Honey book please?

Many thanks,

Brigsy.

I believe these are called Hamilton Converters.

As described here http://www.dave-cushman.net/bee/hamilton.html

Solway bee supplies have them for £7, not worth building for that, as do Thornes and others

Thanks, I think they go into the National brood box to convert the box to hold commercial frames, rather than to slot the national frame into to fill the gap at the bottom and side of the national frame in a commercial brood box.

And ta for the 16x10. I'm after the measurements of the dummy frame that you slot the national frame into.

I should be able to work it out from the measurements on Mr Cushmans site.
