Making eke from tantalised wood

Think I know the answer to this but thought I'd ask anyway.

Got a load of 2x1 left over and need to make some ekes up to feed fondant. Is it ok to use wood that has been tanalised?
 
Sounds better when you called it tantalised!!!
No, wouldn't use it for anything other than hive stands

I have used it for ekes without any apparent harmful effects...
