Yay, I've just been to see a farmer and he's offered me a spot in his orchard, it is where he used to have 3 hives himself and is very happy to have a couple of collonies there again

I know the feeling,I went to see a farmer last weekend who through a friend of a friend got a message to me that he was looking for a beekeeper to put a few hives on his land.

Its a great feeling.
