Just took a call for a swarm local to me, cut the bush branch, dropped them in basket, placed a few TBars on... went back 60 mins later to see them all tucked up in bed...

Love this time of the year...

I watched a bait hive for an hour yesterday. Scouts were almost in a frenzy. Lots of to and fro across the fields. Today rain and rain and no bees :(

I had scouts in frenzies at three of my bait hives, for two weeks, and now nothing, not a single bee this week.

Maybe the Beek, completed his swarm control, or they found other homes!

Up to a dozen bees in and out and dancing around the entrance of the 3 bait hives at home. Been doing that for a month and to date only one swarm. Bait hives elsewhere attracted 3 swarms.
It's nice watching them dancing around
