The methods I've talked about are described in Coloss (http://coloss.org/beebook/I/queen-rearing/3) as standards to which all scientific examinations should adhere so that results can be compared and contrasted. What else would you have me use?

Use whatever you like, it is your implied criticism (and wrongly placed superior attitude) of LASI for not following the same that I found a bit much. You even hounded them on their own thread on fb then pompously posted here about it, I'm surprised she gave you any sort of civil answer yet you implied she was being somehow evasive in her answer, who do you imagine you are?
