Inspection today?

Forecast in Leeds is for max temp of 11oC at 16:00 with wind averaging 12mph.
At inspection last Sunday I found 10 play cups and one of them had an egg in. Bees are in double brood with super. Should I inspect or wait for another couple of days (looks like wind droppping and temps rising wed/thurs)

I try to wait for temps 14'C +, bright sunny day with little wind.

But if you need to inspect then make it very quick but carefully and don't bother to try and find the queen only eggs/larvae and check they have plenty of stores and see if there is any queen cells.
