Inserting QC in Apidea

Last week I completed my first AS. I checked the other day and I have now 2 sealed QC's in the old BB with the rest of the QC's destroyed by the bees. I want to have a new Q in the old BB and raise a new Q to replace my old Q in the new BB. I am going to use an Apidea and was wondering how do you support the cut out QC in the Apidea? Also any useful advice on how to use an Apidea would be appreciated.

yep, cocktail stick through the top (in the excess wax) and then laid under the little flap, on my three I placed last weekend, the bees have removed one and joined it to the nicely drawn out 'mini frames'.

Its great to see a 'micro colony' build up.
