the thing is they are not in tress ect , because they are townie bees we are looking at houses, roofs and the like so they are very hard to remove to to deal with

Rather depends on the likelyhood of a payout - if less chance than 12/1 you're on a loser - like every other insurance scheme its just a bet with the odds in their favour.

I live in an area that has efb /afb breakouts every yr ( some spread by a norfolkbee supplier!!)

so, good investment I reckon
