Honey Labels

I understand from the honey regs that I can only label my jars of honey from one of the reserved descriptors. In my case it will be 'honey'.

How do I differentiate between 'natural set' and 'soft set' for myself (they look similar) and more importantly, customers (they will look the same)? Can I add another label on the jar?

Have a batch code that provides the info " ns1" or something like that.

you can put as many labels on your jars as you like,as long as you comply with the legal regulations.ie not misleading.
