Honey and gin

For those that cant find sloes, I used brambles this year and half in weight of honey as recommended for sugar as can be found in many recopies for sloe gin.

After 3 months of maturing the result is certainly an improvement over a standard G&T.

I have stopped using gin for infusions and use vodka instead. Gin is flavoured vodka and as vodka is unflavoured I find it carries flavours better
