Hi all,

Went to see how my girls were doing today and a couple of bees got into my jacket by a hole in the veil, is there any way of repairing the hole.

I dont know how the hole got there but if there (I phoned a beek and he thinks that maybe it came from lighting the smoker) but it seems a very expensive hole if it cannot be repaired.

Any sugestions will be very welcome.

Thanks in advance.

T H O R N E S replaced our veil for a nominal fee.

If you contact one of the big bee clothing suppliers they can tell you if they offer a veil repair service,I had one of my veils fixed last year.

In all seriousness I have a veil with a repair to a nail hole being accomplished with some rather fetching pink nail varnish ,still using it years later .
The veil not the nail varnish Doc. Save you asking for clarification :D
