Hive strap buckles

Hello,
Does anyone know where we can find the hive strap buckles as in the attached photo. They are for use with 12mm nylon strapping and can be re-used time and time again.

probably easier and cheaper to buy a new set of ratchet straps - tesco garages do a pair for a couple of quid.
