When I re-read that thread, I incorrectly quoted the humidity as 50% in that thread too. I must check what I have my incubator set at. Its one of those things you set and forget about

That is a nice bit of kit! Never came across that in my search for suitable incubators. Its on my winter shopping list now! TY for the steer.

The silicone tubing that runs from the pump feeds into a hole in the front then into a reservoir which has a sponge-like material in to disperse the water over a larger area. I found that using ordinary water in the resevoir will encourage mould on the sponge.
