I dropped an Abelo super last month with similar results. I've glued it back together with some two part epoxy glue as it's what I had available and it's held but I have yet to try it with full frames.
Gorilla superglue did not work
I've repaired other poly hives using a polyurethane Gorilla glue that needed dampening to activate, can't recall the exact name. The repairs are good and have held for several seasons. The glue foams/expands when used so some kind of clamp helps to keep all the pieces where you want them to be whilst the glue sets.

thanks Jimmy

super glue i've used before seems to melt it

will try epoxy...worth a try (until it falls apart full of bees and honey)

I have 3 accidentally broken supers glued/repaired with gorilla glue (polyurethane one with space filling) and a couple of long decking screws across the joint. They have held for years and when putting flat pack poly boxes together now do that as routine - glue and screw then paint with dark brown smooth masonry paint (Sandtex) keeping the UV out. I note that Maisemore supply screws with their polyhive boxes. Oldest boxes of mine (not Maisemore) are now 45 years old and still going strong. Have tried to find the German company who supplied them in 1977 but without success. From Keil I believe.

Polyurethane Glue and Unibond gaffer tape (stronger and resists water)

One our ponies smashed an abelo super which had been left accessible. I repaired it with two part epoxy. Ensured it was square and clamped tight together while it was setting. Can only just see the joints when you look carefully.
Tetrion filler (sold by Aldi cheap now) is your friend for filling poly.

Glue & screw, we use gorilla glue.
All our swienty box's are built this way otherwise they just fall apart.

Wow !! That's prompted me to now go on and repair a damaged poly hive I've had for a few years and have been meaning to throw out, or try and repurpose into a wax steamer....along with all my other great plans !!
