So I know to be careful and didnt shake the frame but how disasterous is inverting a comb with a sealed emergency queen cell on it? I'd done it before I saw it.

Depends how many days after capping.

So right in the middle of the most susceptible stage - wing forming. I would wait until 6/7th May before moving and be very careful.

My experience is that it must be hardly, if ever, disastrous.
I'm much more careful now about getting them chilled at this stage...having had a few with bad wings ( bad legs and abdomens too :()
