Ah, come on guys, us newbies can't tell when you're being sarcastic or not, and stop talking about those bloomin' ruhbarb leaves again, the last time I asked if the Poster was being serious I was later accused of advocating feeding them to bees!

And now I've only just discovered that Beet Sugar IS ok to feed to bees, when I had been told that it wasn't?!?!? You always learn something new everyday, :thanks:

There is s lady beekeeper on Facebook who has lost a colony to PMS. She had two hives. She has been treating both with rhubarb leaves. One colony she describes as “ok, so the rhubarb is doing its job” :svengo::svengo:
 
Morrison's Silver Spoon Granulated Sugar 2kg for £1.00 was 88p a few weeks ago.

I missed this information on first reading. That's close to a 14% price increase, and that's not trivial. :(
