Extension to super frames

Got a swarm about three weeks ago and they seem settled in the hive. When I put them in the brood box I put in two frames of honey on super frames. Looked today and they have built up the two super frames to match brood frames size and there seems to be a lot of drones laid. Do I remove these super frames and replace withe brood frames or leave them in?

That's what they do. Replace them and cut the drone brood off. No rush but worth doing as you will get a surplus of drones.
