Do wasps get varroa

Has any one done a study on wasps for varroa,as if wasps sneak in/raid a hive they could contaminate the hive

I'd have thought the wasp lifecycle was quite unsuited to varroa. They'd have to survive on the queens over the entire winter period which I'd guess would result in a big jump in mortality rates given that the queen isn't eating during that period.

I haven't found anything that says they hitch a ride on wasps, but did find these.

None that I know of.
Hitching a ride? Is a wasp more likely to get into a hive than a drone?

Hello
I had two bumble bees getting balled and stung on the landing board of one colony. One survived.I have tried many times to try and get mites off of bombus when they are on the ground.
Any idea what these mites are. Do bombus get varroah.

Bumble bees can carry mites around:

Bumblebee mites - Bumblebee Conservation Trust

It's possible that varroa can hitch a ride too, but I don't know if that's of any benefit to the varroa other than being able to move around.
