I read it all and have completed the survey .. typical Government civil service document. Long winded, repetitive, written by someone seeking to impress their superiors rather than provide a focus for action. Makes war and peace look like the Beano ...

I just hope their proposed 'Call for Action' is not as long winded or people will fall asleep before they get to the strapline ...

First initiative should be to get rid of the plonker Paterson .. he's more a liability than an asset ...
