they can swim the very very best,but only for so long.

I usually plant them under a rock or, if they're tender youngsters,skin them, use their tails for fly tying, marinade overnight and have them on the BBQ

And when grey squirrels climb out of the water they look JUST like a rat. No lovely fluffy tail to delight you!!
After they fell down my chimney and I chased it through the house, trapping it in the bathroom, where it became very threatening...whilst its friend were ripping out the wiring in the loft --shoot them all.

copper stealing vermin - I think grey squirrels should be eradicated as well!!

had two on my feeders last week, shot them with the 12 bore at night, girlfriend held the torch on them, what was more worrying is that the next-door neighbour didnt even come out to see what all the fuss was.

It's when he comes around the back thinking you're using an air rifle and it's actually a scoped and silenced rifle that gets them excited!

Just tell them that you're not really a Russian soldier with an assault rifle. Its just coincidence that you look like one, and you are only looking after the personell carrier so that nobody steals it.
