In previous years I have put my cappings in a sieve over a bowl and wrapped it all in clingfilm. Messy and you can't fit much in. This year I made this using cleaned fat ball buckets (food grade) and a broken sieve, and it works a treat. I was not so good at cutting holes with a drill without cracking the bucket, but it still worked. Sat there sealed for days. I use this honey myself rather than sell it. It all collapses down and fits into one of the buckets so doesn't take up much space till next year.
