I was wondering if any members here have ever creamed Borage Honey? If so what did it turn out like?

My late forage is borage/blue cornflower as I plant vast quantities for that purpose. Its blended with the rest of the years offerings from local wildflower and trees.
I'm told it's very good .
(I think they mean very good price- bite me)

It does however translate beautifully to soft set which has been described by one regular as Rolls Royce honey.
And I hope they are not comparing it with axle grease.
It's a roughly half half mix of ground up well crystallised and warm fine filtered liquid.
20 mins in the Kenwood ,4 hrs resting.
Repeat three times and jar immediately after the final cycle.
Swmbo hates honey but will consume at least a pound of this over the winter.
Oh and you end up with more than you started with......
