There's a crowd of them there wellies all hanging around in Redruth - they've been there so long they have turned to ....., no not stone, metal
They always make me smile when I have to walk past.
One time I was near the 'dog group' when this toddler was going past, he/she didn't really notice them at first, but when he/she did there was a bout of hysterical screaming!
