How does your BKA help prepare candidates for Basic and other assessments?

Yup, I'm lead tutor on the six session second year winter theory course which brings them up to speed for Basic...and they get a practical session and mock assessment thrown in.

Modules, for those retired a working lunch every week or county evening meeting for working members but county so far is only 1 ,2 ,and 3

Basic, our entry course covers the main points in 10x2hours winter lectures and a refreshing evening prior to exam with participants expected to help a few days in the training apiary so we can tell them the errors of their way ( Do as i say not as i do LOL)

Same here.
Six sessions, mainly at my home, then a practical assessment at the teaching apiary with a mock and then we go over any concerns or problems.

Basic is quite well catered for. Both theoretical and practical.
Modules, one meeting per module with the person who has passed them all.
So,it's really self study, but he will answer any questions by email.

*bump ... to bring the thread nearer the top again.

Ours as susbees and tim. Weekly study followed by practical and mock.
