Bees flying with wax scales attached

Morning, yesterday evening I went out to feed some mini nucs around 845pm and for the first time when I was topping up feeders with honey some of the bees came out flying as per title, I fed 10 mini nucs and out of them 5 had bees flying with wax scales attached when I opened them up, I just found it interesting to observe and wanted to share the experience.

Has anyone else noticed bees flying with wax scales attached ?
