Cant fault them at all, ordered quite an amount of which only one item was in stock. Three weeks from order to delivery, Damian kept us informed via email & phone calls.
Correct social distancing was maintained by the delivery driver, we were actually over a hundred mile away and the pallets were delivered while the driver was on the phone to us.
All items were well packaged and secured to pallets with no damage.
Still waiting for a heated settling tank which should be next week.

I've just had brilliant service from Thornes. Electronics played up on my Konigin extractor so phoned Thornes and eventually spoke to Derek, their electrics guy. He was unable to identify the problem so sent a new electrical unit.... it arrived at 9am this morning so just off to fit it.
