Anyone in North Norfolk or Norwich or Broadland areas thinking of starting beekeeping we will be running some taster courses starting very soon. We also are having a volunteer weekend this weekend if anyone wants to come and meet us and help out with some beekeeping related jobs.
We will provide a light lunch for those who are here and cake and refreshments will be in steady supply.
Hedgerow Pete will be here for both days and will be showing us how to make his nuc boxes. There will also be other beekeepers here to talk to and we can tell you all about our project to provide public apiaries in local graveyards for beekeeping groups to meet and learn.
Even if you can only come for a couple of hours, come and make contact with us so we can support you and help you get started with confidence
