Any honey cookbook recommendations?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good honey cookbook?

I usually just use the web to search for recipes, but my techno-phobic mother needs old-fashioned paper and ink. Ideally I'd like to get her a book focusing on recipes using honey rather than a book that's half full of background about the bees or use of other hive products.

I use 'The Honey Cookbook' by Charlotte Popescu, which is full of recipes. Also, 'Great British Food Revival' has a honey section by Ainsley Harriott, with a nice ice cream recipe.

Thanks for that Melon. I did see the Charlotte Popescu book online but couldn't browse through the recipes to get an idea of whether it was any good. I'll have to take a look at the Ainsley Harriott book too, although I already have a pretty good honey ice cream recipe that's been going down a storm this summer.

There are no pictures in the Popescu book, but lots of varied recipes, some of which have become firm family favourites. I'll attach some photos, so you can get an idea of content.

Thank you Melon - that's really helpful! I like to flick through a recipe book first just to get an idea of whether it's worth buying or not.
