If they are being a trifle sticky over sorting things out for you, it might be worth telling them that their incorrect camber setting and the resultant damage to your tyres would have invalidated your motor insurance policy as the unexpected tyre wear resulted in them being unsafe (worm down to the reinforcing).

one would have to be carefully how far they pushed things - sure there is a camber problem that Kia are acknowledging

BUT

at the end of the day motorists are supposed to perform regular basic visual checks on their vehicles. uneven wear should really have been spotted before it became this dangerous. it is your responsibility to ensure your car is roadworthy.
but back in the real world.....

although brakes and tyres aren't covered under warranty from what i managed to find out this is a problem with the suspension settings done at the factory. I would not expect to be charged for this to be corrected. the tyres well you might get them as a good will gesture if they want to avoid bad press others have managed it.
