On Thursday I heard part of a program on BBC radio 4 about this project.
https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m0000xrh (about half way through)
I have since looked up more detail about it.

I have sent them the message below but as yet not received a reply.

I heard the BBC radio article yesterday and I know this info would be useful for the individual hive monitoring and there are other systems in use today for the individual beekeeper but I do not see how the info would be useful in managing other hives either in the same apiary let alone others.
How are you going to sort all the observables against the variations of climate, hive type, management systems, bee type, queen individual variations, local pest and disease variations, and more..... There is often no two colonies the same in an apiary.

Big question when you have 2 hives.

No need to answer to those questions. Impossible package of questions.

you just start to keep bees and you make observations, what is good to do. Including that you use consideration and do not believe everything what is offered to you.

World bee project? I do not believe on such projects. Beekeeping does not start from zero every year.
