Was there today - much better than last year. Pre-ordered all the stuff I wanted and just loaded it in my car at my leisure - topped up with a few impulse buys (like you do) and home in time for lunch!

A much better day than the last one I attended, at least there seemed to be no potential for fisticuffs than the last one, I still managed to spend £600 though

Easily done! Went to Stockbridge (straight up the 272 from Haywards Heath and turn left onto the A30) last weekend for a few more bits'n'pieces - equally good but with a burger van and home made cake! Brilliant!

When you pre-order do they tell you how many boxes worth you've got or do you have to guess when the car will be full?

Sounds like a bit of a squeeze..

We've got a volvo estate now so should be able to fit lots in - but not if there's four of us going.. Decisions decisions.. do we buy more and only two of us go and collect (and then impulse buy?)

They put your name on the boxes and 1 of X but that's too late when you get there. You could always empty the boxes to fit around your passenger(s)...

Thanks! Yeah hadn't thought of that - we could always stop and swap over being squashed for a bit on the way home I spose too!
