Where to buy only top/bottom National bars?

Can someone please tell which supplier/s sell top and bottom bars (National size) without the side bars? I've been told about someone, I thought in Somerset but cant remember who they were. As I use Rose (OSB) frames and the ones from T*****s are rubbish I've found a nice man who has made me side bars but I need to buy the other bits.

Yes he can make them but I'm still awaiting a price while he's expecting me to pick up and pay for the side bars and he's miles away:.)

Just purchased 30 DN4 side bars so I can convert some Shallow frames

Rapid expansion of my colonies means I ran out of brood box frames
