Where did you get stung first time?

Bill Turnbull (The Bad Beekeeper's Club) describes being stung on the head as being hit on the head with a hammer with a drawing pin stuck to it. I was stung on the temple last week (my own fault), it was more of an annoyance than pain, I've got to say I was almost disappointed.

I feel sorry for the poor bee, after all I was invading their space.

I was dissapointed as well, I was waiting to jump out my skin and actually it was a dull ache. Maybe on a fleshier part it will hurt more? Still got the bump now (2 days later). Luckily my hair hides it.

I cannot imagine going to work (with the public) after getting stung on the face! I would get some odd comments.

i've done it on several occasions. only comments were from secretaries who always ask about latest stings.
