I don't think glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride are thee same thing at all.
Acetic anhydride is used among other thing for the acetolysis process in pollen analysis and is quite dangerous to handle.

Tell me about the hazards of anhydride! A drop of water in a bulk store can sit harmlessly for an indeterminate period then combine explosively with the anhydride. Hence my comment about checks of the purchasers suitability.
