Where can i get acetic acid 80% ?

I don't think glacial acetic acid and acetic anhydride are thee same thing at all.
Acetic anhydride is used among other thing for the acetolysis process in pollen analysis and is quite dangerous to handle.:nono:

Tell me about the hazards of anhydride! A drop of water in a bulk store can sit harmlessly for an indeterminate period then combine explosively with the anhydride. Hence my comment about checks of the purchasers suitability.
 
Although it makes little odds in this application, mixing 80ml of anything with 20ml of water does not necessarily make an 80% product. In this case it will be 81% and is fortuitous that the density of ethanoic is just over the 1.00 of water.
