What's flowering as forage in your area

Can't remember what I planted! but the bees are loving it today. Also caught them on the Knotweed unfortunately but not in my garden!

Several fields of buckwheat near me in flower now. Supposed to be very good for the bees but have yet to notice a strong flow even in this hot weather

We are seeing them a little more frequently. This is a drone....
They are in. danger now, I guess from the public's perception of Asian Hornets

In my village apiary , I have seen more V.c this year then before . Last winters (did we have one) Qu survival rate must have been quite good.

Last winter's temps were about average overall (except for a couple of very cold weeks in December )
The spring nectar flow when it came was much better than average around here, especially the hawthorn, which would have helped to build up their nests.
