Indeed, in a serious workshop! I’m jealous. That is some serious "banging"!
How annoying is it that your 1 short to finish that stack offBanged together a few nucs Saturday. All waste from work
Are they the UFE floors that Laurence from BMH borrowed the design?I made a few of Jenks floors but I’m feeling rather inadequate compared to the big pile of nucs.

Yes I’ve still got to mesh them add a rim although that’s strictly not necessary. I’ve also got a couple of lengths of Arris Rail that I’ll run through the chop saw and glue and pin to the rear corners. I’ve already got a couple of lengths and it’ll take seconds to do…. Still about another 20 to do though, I got the mesh at STB and for £4 per sheet it’s ok.Are they the UFE floors that Laurence from BMH borrowed the design?
I've been fiddling with variants on the design and wondered about making the floor (solid or mesh) removeable so it's already set as a CBPV floor if needed. Also means treating with OA on solid floors is easier. Will test when I get my work area tidy enough to use. Yeah 31 being a prime number ....... and that's a big stack! And it can't even be fixed by making a different number of stacks

I’m going to sit mine on a couple of blocks so it’s closed, I’ll simply vape into the floor with a small hole drilled in rear.I've been fiddling with variants on the design and wondered about making the floor (solid or mesh) removeable so it's already set as a CBPV floor if needed. Mine get a 5cm rim so that I can vape above the OMFYes I’ve still got to mesh them add a rim although that’s strictly not necessary. Be careful, I made a double one of these using a small fan heater that blew warm air up one stack of supers and sucked it down the other. It warmed too quick and I had a load of runny honey and wax in the bottom!Made up a "warming' super. Tube heater and computer fan with thermostat.
I'm going in now, 5 supers that have been cold stored in shed. .
I'm starting off at 30⁰c to see how I go. There's a little bit of crystallised honey that's dripped to the bottom of one of the supers where it must have been stored warm. So that'll be a good indication of it all starts running across the floor .
I'm guessing it should be ok in far less time than a bucket takes to warm.

I saw some geezer in the states use a golf tea to block the whole. Thought it a great idea, gonna try it on mine over the next few days then it's perfect size for the instantVapI’m going to sit mine on a couple of blocks so it’s closed, I’ll simply vape into the floor with a small hole drilled in rear.
That’s a good idea for holes in a brood box. Mine will be below the mesh in my floors though so not required.I saw some geezer in the states use a golf tea to block the whole. Thought it a great idea, gonna try it on mine over the next few days then it's perfect size for the instantVap
I think you may need a tray!!!Made up a "warming' super. Tube heater and computer fan with thermostat.
